Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffins


1 cup gluten-free baking flour

3/4 cup cocoa powder

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 large banana, mashed

1 egg

1/3 cup pure maple syrup

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

1 tbsp milk

chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and grease a muffin pan

  2. In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients together.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix all wet ingredients together.

  4. Combine wet ingredients with dry, and mix well.

  5. Fold in chocolate chips (as many as your heart desires)

  6. Fill each muffin tin about 3/4 of the way. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean!
