1 cup gluten-free baking flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 large banana, mashed
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1 tbsp milk
Preheat oven to 350ºF and grease a muffin pan
In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients together.
In a separate bowl, mix all wet ingredients together.
Combine wet ingredients with dry, and mix well.
Fold in chocolate chips (as many as your heart desires)
Fill each muffin tin about 3/4 of the way. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean!
